MEDICAL CANNABIS (MARIJUANA)
Since 1984 Ann has practiced law in both the courtroom and in the office. She is at much at home trying a case to a jury as she is in a business negotiation. Ann is committed to Medical Cannabis in Colorado and the many areas of law this entails including business negotiations, regulatory compliance, zoning issues, trials, criminal defense of charges, providing advice to medical cannabis operations, business practices and entities, and helping navigate the acceptance of Medical Cannabis in Colorado throughout the cities, towns, and counties.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/DRUGS (DUI/DUID)

DUI/DUID is a critical area of law in Colorado. Ann is tenacious in defending those charged and fights to win these cases through her ongoing training and what she calls “working the case” which is leaving no stone unturned in analyzing the facts, reviewing discovery and finding weak spots in the government’s case. Also Ann relies on conducting exceptional trials and using her seasoned plea negotiations skills.

Alert! You only have 7 days to request a hearing from DMV if your intoxilzyer result was .08 or greater. If you submitted to a blood draw you have 10 days from the date of your revocation letter if your blood result was .08 or greater. Call Ann and she can discuss this with you.

The basis of Ann’s law practice is simple. Clients deserve excellent representation and what is best for the client, is what is important.
